I’m one of those people who can’t resist taking a taste of cookie dough before it goes into the oven. This creamy cookie dough dip has the flavor of chocolate chip cookies and only takes 5 minutes to make.
The best thing about this dip is how quick it is to make. I mentioned earlier that it only takes 5 minutes. However, if you decide to make it in advance, be sure to refrigerate it. If you’re serving the dip after it’s been chilled, give it a little time at room temperature so that it’s soft and spreadable.
Keto Cookie Dough Dip

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla liquid stevia
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temp
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese to a stand mixer along with vanilla extract and add 1 teaspoon of Vanilla liquid stevia.
- Blend until smooth.
- Blend in the tahini and salt until combined.
- Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl and blend in the butter.
- Taste and adjust stevia, if needed.
- Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
- Makes 2 cups.
- Keep refrigerated.
- Serving size is 2 tbsp.
